Career/Professional Background:

Legal Researcher for private law-firm and Court Researcher for Criminal and Civil complaints. Previous to working in the private sector, I worked for the state of Pennsylvania in the Office of the Chief Counsel, where I reviewed proposed legislation in regards to liquor laws, assisted the EEOC office in ongoing cases, and worked with state police to assist in coordination of liquor related stings.

I was a corporate accountant for about 7 years. Initially I worked in the Finance department of BISYS Insurance Services before moving to Mutual of New York's Brokerage division. My time at Mutual was well spent. I moved through a variety of jobs between 'research and development' to an accounting analyst. Mutual was acquired by AXA Financial, thus allowing me to work for headquaters in New York as a senior analyst with the comptroller's division.
